I'm usually not a friend of places that are filled at capacity with products and clutter in the aisle, but the thing is, they always have what I need. I've moved from spring Porter, and no matter how many other stores I've tried, I still would rather do the hour drive to get here. Because whatever it is, they will have. From Conroe to 1960, I always end up back here.

Walked into this store that I have frequently purchased hair/lashes for my clients as I am a licensed cosmetologist and have never experienced a problem before...but today encountered a older male that worked here and I was definitely not pleased with his lack of professionalism. I had told him more than 3 times I would let him know when I was ready to look at hair and he was very rude and tried to tell me to leave because I told him to give me some space as he was literally reading my texts on my phone making me feel very uncomfortable almostbreathing down my neck.....So I let him have it in a professional way never raising my voice or using foul language as I could tolerate no more. He also tried to talk to the other worker here about me in his language and I immediately told him to cut that nonsense out as that was totally uncalled for.Use to love this store for a quick fix of hair /lashes but will definitely reconsider for future purchases as no one likes to feel hassled or feel like they can't shop in peace. Never even picked up one item so it's not like I had given him any reason to attack me or treat me this way so to say the least that was the worst service I have ever had at any beauty location hands down 💯

Erin provided SUPERB customer service offering suggestive sales and great attention to my questions. Some of the cosmetics are GENEROUSLY overpriced but having knowledge of nearby options saved me from suffering buyer's remorse later. Their selection of beauty supply items was not any more than average. The owner (tall, older Asian gentleman) is very stiff-necked & unfriendly. Glad this was an emergency stop... meeeehhhh, thanks for encouraging me to never return, Mr. Happy Holidays!

The store options are not too bad but no rewards system like other beauty supply stores. Also, I stopped patronizing places that consistently struggle with basic customer service skills and no public restroom considering the fact that most customers are women (may have children) who spend a lot of money and time in these stores. It's simple...Go where you and your money are appreciated!

I was here two weeks ago and had a horrible experience. First, it was very cold and uninviting as I walked in. Neither of the two men behind the counter spoke to me. Next, I was accused of opening lip glosses when I was using the testers on my arms to see how they looked and when the guy came up and saw that he was wrong there was no apology issued. Lastly, I was followed around while trying on wigs. I will not be returning and the only reason why I even stayed and purchased anything was because I was getting ready for something last minute and had no other options that evening but I am so very glad that there's so many black owned options to get everything I need nowadays so dealing with type of treatment is no longer necessary.
